					<description><![CDATA[I think step #0 should be to plan out the giveaway in its entirety before starting it. You don&#039;t want to start the giveaway and then be floundering around trying to traffic to it/sign ups for it/whatever, and then the giveaway ends and you had 3 sign ups and now you have to give away some expensive prize to 1 of 3 people, and you get basically nothing out of it.

I&#039;ve seen that exact scenario happen several times and although it&#039;s kind of funny in a way, you surely wouldn&#039;t want it to happen to you!]]></description>
