Saving your visitor time by providing them great content is the key. I do a lot of comparison charts with my sites and it is very effective. 
The visitor loves the visual appeal, plus it gives them an overview of their options. But most importantly you are not &quot;selling&quot; anything you are comparing products and let the visitor make the decision for themselves. Makes them feel great because THEY made the decision and they didn`t feel &quot;sold&quot; to.
