Google Keyword Planner vs. Jaaxy

I was curious about what information the Google keyword planner tool would give us typing in the same keyword ”stroller”. Here`s the result:

The Google keyword tool will give me more keywords, with high searches which are good but to be honest I don`t find much about competition. Competition ”high” doesn`t tell me much.

I will have to dig deeper into these keywords, it will take time. Also to get a more accurate idea of the competition I have to use Google and the quote method. Meaning type in each keyword into Google in quotes to get an accurate result.
