Are You Looking for Article Writers?

Are you like me not crazy about writing articles but knows it needs to be done? Are you looking for article writers?

 

Well, English is my second language and writing was never really my strong side so I started to research places to get content written by somebody else.

 

Outsourcing my writing is one of the best decisions I have made for my business. Now don`t get me wrong I still write some content, I am writing this post J but the combination of me writing with outsourcing has proven to be a good concept for me.

 

I have one article writer ”on staff” and then I outsource some writing to other places as well. So where can you get these article writers and what should you think about when hiring somebody?

 

The first thing you want to think about is if you want a weekly writer or if you want articles written here and there.

 

If you do want a weekly writer I would suggest using Odesk.com or Elance.com. The process of finding a good writer will take some time but it can be well worth it.

 

With these sites you add an article writing job, you describe the job in detail and then there are different things you need to fill out depending on what kind of writer you are looking for and how much you are willing to pay.

 

How I Weed Out My Writer – The Good from The Not So Good

 

In the end of the job description I always put a question, for example how much is two plus three please answer with the number in the title of your application. This weeds out the ones that do not read the whole job description.

 

You will then get applicants applying for your job. You might get 5 or you might get 35 applicants. I go through the applicants and make sure they fulfill my requirements then I send them an email with a few questions. This allow me to see how quick they reply.

Then the ones that apply in a timely manner I will ask to do a little writing job for me. For example ask them to write a 100 word introduction on a specific keyword. If I decide between 2 or 3 candidates I will pay them to write a full article for me and then make my final decision.

 

Writing Service

 

If you are not looking for a weekly writer but rather a few articles here and there I would go with a writing service. Textbroker.com and iwriter.com are two writing services that you can use.

Using either odesk.com, elance.com or the writing services allow you to pay through them and not the writer itself. It also allow you to stop the service at anytime if you are not happy with it.

Your don`t have to be looking for article writers any more use one of the above sites.
