Do you feel that there is more to making money than to just rake in the cash? Do you want to make money with good intentions of helping others in the process?
I ran into the question – How to make money by helping others?
I think it’s important to think of what you want out of it. What do you value and how do you feel that you can contribute? What is it that’s important to you?
Most products, services and companies help others in some way. They might solve a problem, they might fulfill a need, they might provide happiness, there’s some kind of purpose of the product or service.
So the first thing to answer is HOW do you want to help others?
There are many different ways you can do this, let’s dive in and look at a few of them.
How to Make Money by Helping Others?
Provide a Service
By providing a service to others you are helping them, in return, you’ll get a paycheck. A few things come to mind…
By helping with lawn care you free up their time to do other things. By helping seniors with grocery shopping, doctors visits or just keep them company you are providing a great service to them.
Hairdressers provide a service of making your hair look beautiful and making you feel great about yourself. A masseuse will provide pain relief and help you feel relaxed. This is something I happily pay for about ones a month.
This list goes on and on, there are many service jobs and companies that provide help for others while making good money doing so.
Share Your Skills
You can help others by sharing what you are good at. If you are great at algebra, geography, history, science, English or other school related subject you might want to tutor or become a teacher.
If you are a great soccer player, swimmer, basketball player, football player or master any other sport you might want to coach or give private lessons.
If you have excellent skills in sewing, cooking, woodcarving or maybe scrapbooking giving lessons or classes could help others and make you money.
Share Your Knowledge
If you have specific knowledge about any topic you could write a book about it. This could be any topic you are passionate about and want to share with others in a helpful way. This can be done printing a physical book or an e-book.
Start a blog or website on a topic you are highly interested in, something that you know could help others. Providing information on a blog can be a less daunting task than writing a full book right off the bat. With a blog, you can reach a lot of people, and help them in a way that you choose. This could be with the information that you share, suggesting a product that can help or provide an online service.

The key point here is to figure out HOW do you want to help others? What’s your passion, and to go with that.
