I kept trying to approach writing about ProfitRenegade.com from different angles because it is a different type of review assignment than I’ve had in the past. Primarily because it is a site based on landing pages. I’m usually leery of these kinds of sites because the overall information about the company is sparse and somewhat sketch.
You don’t get to do as much research, the standard pages like the ‘Company’ page, or the ‘About Us’ page is missing, and the sites usually have that, I’m going to sell you something…now feel to them—which normally makes me that much more cautious.
Profit Renegade Review
Owners: Joshua Zamora, Steve Hasse, Richard Hilton
2 versions: basic and pro
Price: starting at $97
It doesn’t help that they claim thousands of dollars, generating leads by the push of a button…
Here are a couple of screenshots from the intro video.
They claim that you can generate over 1000 qualified buyer leads every minute, wow. That would be 60.000 qualified buyer leads in an hour… does that sound too good to be true?
they continue with the next claim…
I wonder how many of the 60.000 leads in the first hour, are willing to pay $1000 – $3000 monthly?
About Profit Renegade
Having said all of that, Profit Renegade software is a product of business partners, Joshua Zamora, Richard Hilton & Steve Hasse. The demonstration for the software looks like it has a lot of potentials, or is it all false claims?
It’s a database scraping software that helps you find leads for just about any business. It gives you access to 5 built-in databases and if you buy their add-on plug-in products, you can gain access to more. Databases like YP (Yellow Pages) and Google were mentioned in the demo but were unclear if they are included in the basic software package.
You would have the ability to sort the data and manipulate it in ways that best benefits you (as a user). You could gain access to emails, telephones, addresses and some extra metadata (like whether or not the lead was paying for their ad) depending on the database being mined.
I did a ‘scam’ search to see what users of the product had to say in opposition and only found minor dissatisfaction with the software. It was actually called “Mobile Renegade” in the earlier version of the product. Under that name, there was a little bit of dissension by a couple of articles saying the program was filled with ‘fluff’; but they still gave the program high marks in its ability to build business leads through automation.
The claim is that over a 1000 qualified leads can be produced every minute that you run a search. The demo showed how quickly a business could build a lead list. For example, in a matter of 30 seconds, over 150 good leads were generated from a criterion they used to sort from the list of over a 1000 potential businesses identified. That is pretty good—actually, great. Any business could use that kind of lead generating power to help boost its bottom line. But, could you do the same thing searching the yellow pages or a niche related directory? These are not hot leads, these are looking up a database…
This is where I have a disconnect with the product. It does seem like it will do the job of finding people in a certain niche, like looking up something in the Yellow pages. This is all COLD leads thought and FAR from the above claims of…
Generating over 1.000 qualified buyer leads

Money Making Potential
This brings me to the next topic. How to make money with a tool like this, if you choose to use it. I’m thinking of a couple of ways someone could use Profit Renegade. Speaking from an administrative support person and blogger’s point of view, I could use this to both find new clients for myself AND then use it to help identify leads for my clients.
I would recommend staying away from the actual selling of Lead Lists and focus more on providing the service of “finding leads”. Many businesses need help identifying people who might need their services and products. This would give anyone having access to a plethora of information an opportunity to help.
Cost of Program
So, the Profit Renegade’s landing page starts at $97… with a slash in it. After ‘clicking’ through, the actual price—for a limited time is— $37 for the basic program; and $47 for the Pro Version.
The Pro Version offers more features such as access to International Leads and the mobile simulator that allows the user to detect if a lead’s website is mobile friendly.
Is It Worth Buying?
If getting leads for your business is a priority, at the $37-$47 prices, I think, buying the software would be worth it. The AUTOMATION alone (seems like) would be beneficial!
Think about it; getting a LIST of potential buyers or clients within minutes of pressing a button beats manual inputting any day of the week. You or your sales team would have more time contacting leads and reduce the amount of time spent looking for them. It is a limited price they say. After the ‘Launch’ period, the price will probably go up, it just doesn’t say how much.
They also have a guarantee they mentioned, but that’s in the ‘Members Area’ …which I can’t get to cause—I’m not a member. 0,o
Anyway, I can see the program being beneficial and I can even see the possibility it presents. Lead generation has been like… the Fountain of Youth for businesses. But I do have a BIG problem with the crazy promises and claims… they do for sure sound too good to be true.
Final Thoughts
I think this would be a decent product/ program if a few elements surrounding it were different. First, I’d like to know more about the partners who made the software. Not so much about their personal lives, but more about their vision for the product. Meaning, will it be around five years from now; or will it be outdated and not supported by the developers. This is a concern of mine anytime I buy software that I can’t see me being able to rig or replace at the end of its lifecycle.
Next, I’d like them to be more soft with the selling. If the program is worth the $37-$47— it should be easier for a potential buyer of the software to view it and check it out before Ask (of the $47). For me, the pay-before-you-play styled page adds an heir of shadiness that is unnecessary. The way the demo ran the search and the way the results popped up in a manner of seconds, was very impressive. Any business that was serious about generating leads would see the value in this program.
In the right hands, with the right expectations this tool could be beneficial, please see through the hype though and really see the product for what it is. A tool that helps you find COLD leads, just like checking the yellow pages…
What Would Be Some Other Ways to Find Leads?
I think this depends on your niche. But creating helpful content based on keywords that people actively search out themselves, is one of the best ways.
Advertising in different formats, having the hot leads come to you…
There are obviously many ways to create leads, what your favorite way? Please share with us in the comment section below,
