For years, I seemed to be stuck at the same yearly income level. For some reason, there seemed to be a “glass ceiling”… cliché maybe. But I definitely had a certain income level and I had a really rough time getting past that.
No matter what I did, for some reason, I ended up with similar income numbers as the previous years.
Can you relate? Has this happened to you?
I felt stuck, really stuck.
I wanted to push through to that next level, so bad. Part of working for myself, having my own online marketing business was that I hated the fact that if I was working for somebody else they decided what my income should be, they decided my worth. Most of the times very little room for negotiating…
Working for myself, I got to decide how much I was worth. It is up to me how much I bring in being a one-woman operation (with some outsourcing).
Was it just me? Do I not have what it takes to push through to the next level?
I started doing some research around it. Turns out I’m not the only one experiencing this. You might be in a similar situation.

Energetic Income Level
In to my life.
So what does energetic income level mean?
Well, it’s pretty much the level you’ve been stuck at for a while. There is something stopping you from pushing through to the next level and it’s seldom lack of knowledge. It’s not that you have to go out and take another class or get another certificate there’s something else stopping you.
Where, at what number have you found yourself stuck?
What is it with that number that reignites with you? WHY are you not allowed to earn more than that? What are your beliefs on people making more? Is there something in your past that unconsciously is stopping you?
There’s a lot of questions that can be asked to figure out WHY you have found yourself stuck at the level you are at. The funny thing is that a lot of times, the reason or belief we have around that number is totally NOT true to us. Maybe you don’t want to earn more than your parents did…
Let me give you an example. Maybe you don’t want to earn more than your parents did…
Now when you say it out loud it might sound a little silly, of course, you want to earn as much as possible even if that means that you earn more than your parents. But maybe there was something they said, that unconsciously made you take on that belief that you shouldn’t earn more than a parent. Or maybe you heard growing up that if you make more than a certain amount you are considered greedy…
Or maybe you heard growing up that if you make more than a certain amount you are considered greedy… We don’t want to be seen as greedy so we get stuck at our energetic income level.
These might not resonate with you but I bet if you do some digging you can figure out what’s holding you back.
After doing some digging, I found a connection in my past, that was keeping me at my income level. I have now acknowledged that and are working towards pushing through to the next level. Writing this in the beginning of October I am already way past last years’ income numbers and we got three more months to go.
It might sound a little “woo woo” but for me, it meant a big change, a great change!
